1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major pin codes across India through our network of authorized dealers and logistics partners. For remote locations, delivery times may vary.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 business days.
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the product size, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable delivery fees will be communicated to you by the dealer at the time of purchase.

4. Installation

For products like TVs and Washing Machines, basic installation support is provided by our authorized service partners. Please contact customer care to schedule an installation.

5. Damaged Goods

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing parts, please report it immediately to the delivery personnel or contact our customer care within 48 hours.
